FIxed bugs for android

I have fixed one of the biggest bugs in the game,the balloon freezing bug,sometimes the other balloons freeze,well i have fixed it completely for some android devices,for some other i have sorta fixed it,not completely,cause the reason is way more complicated than you think,the bug is already flly fixed for all windows and linux but not yet released,but the problem for android is not just in the code of the game in general.Anyways,for those not completely fixed,if you get out of the view of the other balloon and come back the balloon will unfreeze.(this bug happens rarely now too)
